Local boutiques offer fusion of fashion, fun
Just off campus on Marietta St. sit two unassuming boutiques that sell high fashion merchandise at discounted prices. Luxe Atlanta and 1*FIVE*0 Boutique are owned and operated by Lanny West and his wife Leslie Fram, Jenn Ripley and Carole Davenport. There is definitely more than meets the eye at these two year-old stores.

Campus MovieFest is always a refreshing event. Its nice to see Tech kids breaking the inaccurate we-only-like-math-and-science stereotype and doing something creative. When we Techies arent crunching numbers, splitting atoms, building machines or adjusting the glasses on our faces, we apparently arent too shabby at filming stuff. Are all of these movies perfect? No, but most are pleasantly surprising.
